My name is Colette Mankowski and I am a qualified mindfulness teacher based in Surrey. My journey began from a deeply personal place. Having faced my own mental health challenges, I discovered the profound impact of mindfulness in transforming my mental health and wellbeing. Through dedicated practice and understanding how our thoughts can influence feelings, emotions and wellbeing, I learned how to unlock a destructive loop and navigate severe clinical depression, generalised anxiety disorder and emotional struggles with greater awareness and self-compassion. This experience not only helped me heal but also ignited a passion to guide others on their own paths to inner peace.
Now I specialise in helping individuals cultivate mindfulness as a tool for resilience, emotional balance, and overall mental and physical wellbeing. My approach is rooted in personal experience and professional training making my teaching compassionate, relatable, deeply effective and evidence based. I believe that mindfulness isn't just a practice - it's a way of living that can empower anyone to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and clarity.
I see clients from Surrey and the surrounding areas. I also offer online sessions via Zoom for clients across the UK.

One-to-one mindfulness sessions: £65 per hour
