A Mindful Life Courses
The courses at A Mindful Life take 8 weeks which you can do from the comfort of your own home through live on-line 90-minute classes within a group of up to 8 people.
The course combines Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and includes the very latest in evidence-based approaches and methodologies to gently guide you to A Mindful Life.
The sessions are filled with supportive information and present moment awareness through guided practices that start slow and gradually build with the aim of establishing Mindfulness as a healthy long-term habit supporting you with whatever life may bring.
I provide you with a workbook and journal to support your journey which includes introductory information, practical exercises, space for personal reflection and a log to record home practice.
Each week you will be sent personal recordings of the Mindfulness practice for that week to use at home and in the future.
A Mindful Life in the workplace
I collaborate with organisations to design and deliver tailored Mindfulness training and support programs. The mindfulness initiatives are customised to meet the unique needs of your team to foster positive change.
Introducing Mindfulness, Mindfulness practices and how to incorporate Mindfulness into the workplace and within teams can bring multiple health benefits giving your team the best chance of staying in good mental health at work and at home.
Mindfulness at Work may include webinars, seminars, workshops, courses, and resident Mindfulness programmes. This could range from a 1-hour introduction and guided practice which can fit well into existing meetings or programmes through to half days, full days or several weeks through my tailored courses.
I also offer ongoing support as part of your Wellness Programme through drop-in sessions, one-to-one sessions and 4-8 week programmes.
The cost of A Mindful Life at work is subject to POA as it is tailored to meet your needs.
I see clients from Surrey and the surrounding areas. I also offer online sessions via Zoom for clients across the UK.
